DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can permanently delete your Craftsman END account at any time. Deleting it removes from our servers your player name, coins, friends, messages, clan membership, rankings, cosmetics, the link to your Apple, Game Center or Google Play Games account, and every other piece of online progress. It cannot be undone. Worlds saved on your device are not affected (delete the app to remove them).

1. From the game

Open the game and go to Settings > Account > Delete account, review what will be deleted and confirm. It works for every kind of account: Sign in with Apple, Game Center, Google Play Games, email and password accounts, and the automatic account the game creates on your device when you play without signing in. If your version of the game does not show that option yet, use one of the options below.

If you cannot open the game, email support@jasperdev.io with your player name and we will delete the account within 30 days, after checking it is yours.

What we keep

Only what the law requires us to keep about payments: for each purchase, the product, the store transaction id, the amount of coins and the dates, without your name, email or account identifiers. An active Premium subscription is billed by Apple or Google: deleting the account does not cancel it, so cancel it first in your store's subscription settings. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Craftsman END cuando quieras desde el juego: Ajustes > Cuenta > Eliminar cuenta. Se borran tu nombre, monedas, amigos, mensajes, clan, rankings, cosméticos y el enlace con Apple, Game Center o Play Games (también la cuenta automática que el juego crea en tu dispositivo si juegas sin iniciar sesión); no se puede deshacer. Si juegas en PC con correo y contraseña puedes hacerlo también con el formulario de arriba, y si no puedes abrir el juego, escríbenos a support@jasperdev.io. La suscripción Premium la cobra Apple o Google: cancélala en la tienda, porque borrar la cuenta no la cancela.
